There are three courses currently available on the website:

• Child Safeguarding and Protection for Professionals
• Safeguarding and Child Protection for Parents

You may see this error if you have already registered on the website using the same username or email address.

Make sure you provide important details correctly on the registration form, including your full name, school name and location.

This information may be important when identifying you and issuing your certificate.

Safeguarding and Child Protection – Beginners

The assessment/quiz can be taken immediately after the Final Module.

Child Safeguarding and Protection for Professionals I

There is a quiz after each module. You must take each quiz and achieve the required score to be able to receive the certificate.

Only your last attempt/result will be recorded on the Dashboard, and this is what will be taken into consideration when issuing the certificate.

The Dashboard only shows your most recent score.

You can either register with another email address or request a record wipe by chatting with the course support team.

The passing grade for each module of Child Safeguarding and Protection for Professionals I is 80%.

Your certificate is automatically generated once you have successfully passed the required quizzes or assessment.

Your name appears on the certificate exactly as you entered it during registration.

If you made a mistake, you can correct your name on your profile and generate another certificate.

You can return to your Dashboard and download another copy of your certificate.

Passing the quiz alone is not enough. You must also complete the entire course modules because the system tracks your course progress.

Use the Forgot Your Password option on the login page.

This usually happens when you started the quiz but did not finish or submit it.

1. Open another browser.
2. Log back into your account.
3. Reopen the quiz.

If the quiz still will not start, contact your course administrator so they can reset your attempt.

The quiz will continue counting down even if you disconnect from the internet.

If the time runs out before you return, your quiz may be automatically submitted.

The quiz may remain marked as in progress until you return and submit it.

You must pass the quiz and complete the entire course before the certificate is unlocked.

If you passed but still cannot see your certificate, go back and click Finish Course.

If the certificate still does not appear, contact the course administrator.

Normally, once you start a quiz, the timer, if applicable, begins and cannot be paused.

Your quiz may remain marked as in progress and you may not see your score.

Always click Finish Quiz after answering all the questions.

If you forget, contact the administrator to reset your attempt so you can retake the quiz.

Sometimes your browser saves old data or cache, which can cause problems. Try clearing your browser cache and reopening the quiz.
