You can now access the courses.

There are three courses on the website namely:

  • Safeguarding and Child Protection – Beginners

  • Child Safeguarding and Protection for Professionals 

  • Safeguarding and Child Protection for Parents

Choose your preferred course and start

NOTE: You must have passed the Beginners Course before you can take Child Safeguarding and Protection for Professionals I

You can only have these errors if you have already registered with either the user name or the email address before on our website

Please make sure you fill vital details on the registration form like Your Full name, Name of your School and the location.

For Safeguarding and Child Protection – Beginners

The Assessment/Quiz can be taken immediately after the  Final Module.

NOTE: It can be taken ONLY 6 times.

For Child Safeguarding and Protection for Professionals I

There is a quiz after each module. You must take each one and get the required score to be able to get the certificate.

NOTE: It can be taken ONLY 5 times.

Only your last attempt/result will be recorded on the Dashboard. And this is what will taken into consideration when issuing out the certificate.

The dashboard only shows your recent score. If you have successfully passed the assessment, please DO NOT RETAKE it again EXCEPT you are certain you would get a better score.

Safeguarding and Child Protection

Passing Grade is 80%.

Child Safeguarding and Protection for Professionals I 

Passing Grade for each module is 80%

Your certificate is automatically generated the moment, you have successfully passed the quizzes/assessment.

NOTE: Make sure you hit the Finish… button after successful completion.

Please make sure you fill the registration form properly as your name will appear exactly the way you have entered it.

You can always correct it on your profile and generate another certificate if you have made any mistake.

You can always go back to your dashboard and download another copy.

It is not enough to just take the quiz and pass it, you must have gone through the entire modules too. The system tracks your progress.

NOTE: Make sure you hit the Finish…Button after a successful completion of the course.

  • Use the Forgot Your Password Option
  • Or chat us up on 08130033177(8am to 9pm). Chat only please. 
  • This happens if you started the quiz but didn’t finish or submit it.

  • Open another broswer and log back in, then reopen the quiz.

  • If the quiz still won’t start, contact your course admin so they can reset your attempt.

    • The quiz  will continue counting down even if you disconnect.

    • If the time runs out before you return, your quiz will be auto-submitted. The quiz may stay “in progress” until you return and submit it.

      • You must pass the quiz and finish the entire course to unlock the certificate.

      • If you passed but still don’t see the certificate, go back to click Finish course or contact the admin.

  • Normally, once you start a quiz, the timer (if any) begins and cannot be paused.

  • Always make sure you have stable internet and enough time before you click Start.

  • Your quiz will remain “in progress” and you won’t see your score.

  • Always click Finish Quiz after answering all questions.

  • If you forget, contact the admin to reset your attempt so you can retake it.

Sometimes your browser saves old data (cache) which causes issues. You can clear your cache and try again:

On Google Chrome (Desktop/Android)
  1. Click the 3 dots (top right).

  2. Go to More tools → Clear browsing data.

  3. Select Cached images and files.

  4. Click Clear data, then restart the browser.

On Safari (iPhone/iPad)
  1. Go to Settings → Safari.

  2. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

  3. Confirm and reopen Safari.

On Microsoft Edge
  1. Click the 3 dots (top right).

  2. Select Settings → Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, choose Cached images and files.

  4. Click Clear now.

NOTE: If clearing cache feels difficult, simply try another browser (e.g., if you normally use Chrome, switch to Firefox or Safari).
